DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your goodies as soon as you get it and contact us at info@meeow.com.au immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGE
You have 21 days from the day you receive your delivery to send them back to us for store credit. For hygienic reasons please try on garments over your underwear, we strictly do not accept exchanges that are worn out.
REFUNDS
You have 15 days from the day you receive your delivery to request for refund or we offer store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND!
We do not cover return shipping charges.
